RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
To help us review the issue, please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item once your return is approved, and then place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
