We offer free shipping on all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery time is 15–30 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high seasonal volume, or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at congzhengx1@gmail.com.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided if available. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
